A Few Facts
My name is Haydn Jones and I'm an indie author of fictional novels for adults. To date, I have published six novels and one novella.
My first novel was 'The Angels of Destiny,' a three-part sci-fi thriller.
Please note this book is not available from Amazon in the Middle East.
Please view the page for more details and insights about the novel by clicking the relevant button at the top of the page.
I am pleased to announce that the final part of the Angels of Destiny, 'THE NINE MEN', which completes the trilogy is now available for order on Amazon as a novella. This final part is also now included in The Angels of Destiny (new edition).
My second novel was the 'The Devil and the Unicorn,' an adult horror story. Again, please visit the page for details via the top menu button.
As you can see I do not write in a specific genre. I write what comes to me as a story idea. I don't seem to have any control over these ideas; they just happen. I sometimes wonder if I have a ghost writer inside me!
'The Journal of Harry Somerville' is a mystery story with lots of twists that will 'keep you on your toes till the very end.' It was released in May 2015 to coincide with the VE celebrations. Please visit the specific page from the top menu for details about the story, customer reviews and why it was 14 weeks in the top 10 of the Writer's Chart.
'Couldn't put it down' seems to be a popular comment.
Currently, I'm writing a series of murder mystery novels under the pen name of Harry Waterman. The second book in the series, 'RETRIBUTION' was released on 4 April 2020.
The third book entitled: 'BULLDOGS AND PURE SILK,' is now available for download on Kindle. A paperback version will follow shortly.

Review of 'The Devil and the Unicorn' by Caz Cann
Downloaded both yesterday and literally cannot put The Devil and the Unicorn down! Was at a sales meeting trying to look like I was working whilst reading them on my iPad. Retired early from dinner last night and woke early to read it! Really enjoying it. I read a lot of Jo Nesbo, Dean Koontz, Jeffrey Deaver, John Grisham, Lynda Le Plante etc and yours is every bit as exciting.
Review of 'The Devil and the Unicorn' by Glennie.
This is an extremely well written story. The narrative voice and dialogue are absolutely first rate; as is the use of language.
I also like some of the analogies in your descriptive narrative, e.g 'faith leaking away, like mead from a broken barrel.'

'The Angels of Destiny'
A superbly written book, that will leave you guessing right to the end. The twists are clever and unpredictable.
I would recommend this highly and I'm looking forward to new books from this author. I have read both of his books so far and have loved them both...

Journal of Harry Somerville - C Sheppard
Bloody awesome read and so damn difficult to put down. Haydn has a way with words and strings together very good novels. I heartily recommend this book to anyone, as well as all of his others which I have read and thoroughly enjoyed. I am eagerly waiting his next book
